SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is Monday - Friday and some Saturdays. Most orders will ship within 7-14 business days. It may not take this long, but this is the time I allow myself to get orders processed. These times are just my processing times and not the time it takes USPS or UPS to deliver (that is out of my control). Shipping is through USPS First Class mail and Priority Mail. We ship UPS if you choose, OR if it is more economical and faster than USPS. Most items will arrive within 5-7 days once shipped. You will receive tracking by email once the label is printed. I only ship to the U.S. at this time. Thank you for supporting this small family-owned business.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
As for physical items, we stand behind our work 100% and each item is thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipping. If something is defective or it is determined that the quality of the product is not satisfactory within 30 days of receiving it, we will gladly repair it or replace the item at no charge to you. We do not, however, offer refunds or exchanges. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to resolve the issue.
